Booking the Main Mansion means exclusive access to eight beautifully connected spaces—from the Verandah and Solarium to private suites and gathering rooms—giving your event charm, flow, and flexibility.
Verandah
A welcoming front porch with Southern charm. Ideal for photos or an outdoor moment under the mansion’s historic columns, this is one of Treemont’s most requested spaces.
Garden Patio
A peaceful outdoor setting with lush greenery and a charming fountain—perfect for ceremonies, small receptions, or creative setups like bars, cigar lounges, or garden games.
Solarium
A radiant indoor sunroom and dining space with a built-in bar, DJ nook, and dance floor that opens seamlessly to the Garden Patio. Perfect for receptions and parties.
Grand Living Room
A sunken lounge space perfect for cocktail hours, relaxed conversation, or gathering around the baby grand piano. Blending historical charm with a warm, open layout, this is perfect for mingling.
Turner-Cash Room

Treemont’s Main Mansion and Carriage House can be rented together or separately, offering flexibility for events of all sizes.
The Main Mansion accommodates up to 150 guests across its elegant, interconnected spaces, while the Carriage House can host up to 200 guests in a spacious, all-in-one setting.
